In addition to these policies, HI-PIC interns are expected to be familiar with and adhere to the policies and procedures of the training site in which they are placed, as well as the Western Interstate Commission for Higher Education, by which they will be employed. Pre-employment conditions, including background checks and drug screenings, will be required and may vary across training sites.
